Cook time: 16 minutes

Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 2 packages of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 3 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender; set aside

Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat 1 package of beef dry, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min (for well done add 1 min); flip + cook 1 more min, season with salt/pep; set aside

Heat skillet over med-high + warm 1 package of rice with 1½ tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally

Return everything to pan + mix in sauce; divide between plates + enjoy!
