Cook time: 10 minutes
Ensure avocados are ripe (soft to the touch); if avocados are too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days; slice avocados
Pat chicken dry, then slice + set aside to enjoy cold (for warm chicken, heat 1-2 min per side on lightly oiled skillet); thinly slice
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sauté pepper mix with salt/pep + ½ of seasoning packet, 4-5 min or until soft + starting to brown
Toast 3 pitas until warm + golden; divide avocado, chicken + veggies to pitas then drizzle with fresh lime juice; add to plates
