Preheat oven to 400°; pat 2 packages of wild halibut dry, line a sheet pan with foil, drizzle fish with ¼ tbsp oil, salt/pep + 1 package of blackening seasoning; bake 10-12 min until firm, opaque + cooked through

Meanwhile, heat 3 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sauté 3 packages of bell pepper onion saute with salt/pep 4-5 min or until soft + starting to brown

Wash + slice 3 fresh zucchinis into ¼-inch rounds; add zucchini to onions + cook 3-4 min

Divide veggies between bowls + top with halibut—that looks great!
