Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Boil large pot of salted water, add 2 ½ cups couscous + stir; cook 5 min, then drain + add to a large bowl; drizzle 2 ½ tsp oil then set aside to cool
Break 2 ½ packages of salmon into bite-size pieces
Add 2 ½ packages of spinach to couscous, drizzle on 5-10 tbsp dressing + toss to combine
Divide salad between plates + top with salmon—looks good!
