Instructions
Cook time: 13 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add 2 packages of ravioli + cook 3-4 min until ravioli float + are al dente, then drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, wipe 2 packages of mushrooms clean + thinly slice; dice shallots; heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over high, add mushrooms + shallots then cook undisturbed 3 min; sauté 3-4 min until browned, season with salt/pep; stir in 2 containers of sauce + simmer 1-2 min
Toss ravioli with mushroom alfredo then divide between plates—perfetto!
