Cook time: 20 minutes
Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 1 ½ packages asparagus, salt/pep + sauté 5 min; reduce heat to med, add 2 tbsp water, cover + steam 2 min until bright green + tender; set aside
Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat 3 chicken breasts dry then season with salt/pep + fav spices (we like garlic powder + paprika); cook 4-6 min per side until fully cooked, no pinkness remains
Wash + pat dry 1 ½ packages lettuce; wash + dry a tomato then thinly slice; toast 3 buns until warm + golden
Spread buns with mayo then top with lettuce, tomato + chicken breasts; divide to plates with asparagus
