Spread half the bag of broccoli on a second sheet pan; drizzle broccoli with 1 tbsp oil + salt/pep + bake 10-12 min until broccoli is tender

Remove broccoli from oven + sprinkle with ½ cup cheese; return to oven + bake 4-6 min until cheese is melty

Divide cheesy broccoli between plates; serve each plate with 2 tbsp caesar for nugget dipping—yum!
