Cook time: 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°; in a bowl, whisk together seasoning pack, salt/pep + 3 tbsp oil; pat chicken dry + coat in seasoning mixture, then place in a baking dish

Wash + thinly slice tomato; lay tomatoes on top of chicken breasts + bake for 15 min

Top chicken with half the bag of cheese, then return to oven + bake an additional 8-10 min until cooked through + cheese is melted

Wash + dry parsley; remove stems, roughly chop + sprinkle on top of chicken; drizzle balsamic onto each + divide to plates—looks good!
