Instructions
Cook time: 23 minutes
Preheat oven to 425° + preheat sheet pan
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over medium; thinly slice onion + sauté 8-10 min until browned; season with salt + add 2 tbsp water; cover + cook 3-5 min until softened
Spread 2 crusts with caramelized onions + dollop or spread each with 3 tbsp ricotta; carefully take out sheet pan, place 2 pizzas on pan + bake 7-10 min until cheese is melty + crust is crisp
Pinch the leaves off the thyme stem, discarding stems; divide pizzas to plates, drizzle with 2 tsp oil, season with salt/pep + fave seasonings (we like garlic powder or pizza seasoning); sprinkle with fresh thyme—time to eat!
