Preheat oven to 400°; mix potatoes with 2 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices; bake on sheet pan 23-30 min til golden + tender

Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min til tender; set aside

Heat lightly oiled large skillet over high; cook 4 burgers with salt/pep 3 min; flip, cook 2 min, then add 1 slice cheese to each; cover pan + cook 1-2 more min until cooked through + cheese has melted

Toast 4 buns until warm + golden; top buns with burgers; serve with broccoli + crispy potatoes— yum!
