Cook time: 20 minutes
Wipe mushrooms clean + thinly slice; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over high, add mushrooms + cook undisturbed 3 min; sauté 3-4 min until browned + tender, season with salt/pep
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium; cook 5 burgers 10 min, flipping every 1-2 min to avoid burning until hot + fully cooked; remove pan from heat, top burgers with cheese + cover until cheese melts, about 1 min
Meanwhile, toast 5 buns until warm + golden
Divide burgers to buns + top with mushrooms-yuuum!
