Instructions
Cook time: 23 minutes
Preheat oven to 425° + place 2 naan on a sheet pan
Heat 1 tbsp oil over med-high in a skillet; sear paneer 1-2 min on each side until browned; set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add half the bag of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender
Spread sauce onto naan, layer with broccoli + paneer; sprinkle each naan with ¼ cup cheese; bake 5-7 min until naan is crispy + cheese is melty; slice in half—delish!
