Preheat oven to 425° + oil a baking dish; boil a large pot of salted water, add the whole package of pasta + cook 11-12 min or until al dente; drain, return to pot + mix in 2 containers of sauce

Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp oil in a large skillet over med-high; add all beef to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 4-5 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep/fave spices, then break into small pieces; cook 3-5 min until fully cooked + no pink remains

Mix together pasta, sauce + beef; place in baking dish + sprinkle on package of cheese; bake 10-15 min or until bubbling + cheese melts; divide between plates—that looks so yummy!
