Cook time: 16 minutes
Boil a large pot of unsalted water + gently loosen 3 packages of fusilli with hands; carefully place in water + boil 2-3 min until al dente, then drain
Meanwhile, heat 1 ⅓ tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high; drain 4 packages of chicken, break into bite-size pieces, add to pan + sauté 3-4 min until hot; set aside
Wipe 2 packages of mushrooms clean + thinly slice; heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over high, add mushrooms + cook undisturbed 3 min; sauté 3-4 min more until browned + tender, season with salt/pep; set aside
Toss pasta with chicken, mushrooms, ¾ of a package of sauce + salt/pep; divide between plates—yum!
