Cook time: 8 minutes
In a medium pot, boil 1⅔ cup of water, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of oil + stir in whole package of couscous; turn off heat, cover + let stand 5 min; fluff with a fork
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over med-high, pour chicken + juice into pan, break up chicken, heat 2 min, flip + cook 2-3 min more until warmed + browned
Using 4 lavash, spread each with 2 tbsp tzatziki then divide couscous + chicken among lavash; roll up lavash around fillings + secure bottom half with foil—tasty!
