Ensure 2 avocados are ripe (soft to the touch); if avocados are too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days; slice avocados
Tear corner of 2 packages to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); Divide rice between bowls
Wash + dry leaves from 2 baby romaine lettuces, add to a large bowl with 1 package of drained beans + drizzle on ¾ of a package of dressing
Divide salad + avocados between bowls—looks great!
