Remove bay leaf from pork; using half the pork, chop into 2-inch chunks; heat skillet over med-high, add pork + sauté 4-5 min until soft; break up pork using forks + sear in one layer 2-3 min more until crisp
Stack 8 tortillas on a plate + wrap with a damp paper towel; microwave 15-30 sec or until warm + soft
Divide carnitas, avocado, onion + a handful of lettuce to wraps; drizzle on chili crisp sauce + roll up—that's a wrap!
