Cook time: 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 375; combine 1 container of cookie dough + 1 1/3 cup oatmeal in a large bowl until a sticky dough forms a ball

Line a 8x8 or small baking dish with parchment paper; press dough evenly into baking dish in 1 compact layer (add another piece of parchment on top + use a rolling pin or flat utensil to achieve the smoothest top)

Bake 15 minutes until set; allow to cool fully before slicing into 16 bars

Break up chocolate bar into a microwave safe bowl + heat in 30 sec intervals, stirring in between, until melted; drizzle or dip granola bars in chocolate + refrigerate for 5 mins until chocolate sets
