Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Coarsely chop chocolate bars + add to a microwaveable safe bowl; microwave high in 15 sec increments, stirring between each, until melted, 2-3 min
Coarsely chop ½ of almonds; wash, pit + slice cherries in half
Using 4 clear glasses, divide + layer ½ of cherries + ½ of almond; top each with ¼ container of yogurt, creating a level layer; top yogurt with remaining cherries, cut-sides facing out, 1 tbsp each almond butter, 1 container each of ganache + remaining yogurt; drizzle parfaits with melted chocolate, spreading to cover entire surface then sprinkle with remaining almonds
Freeze 5-7 min until chocolate has hardened—crack the shell + enjoy!
