Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Divide 4 containers of pot de creme + 2 containers of yogurt between popsicle molds (makes about 8); in each mold add 2 tbsp chocolate first, then 1 tbsp yogurt, repeat creating 4 alternating layers, end with chocolate; freeze until solid
Crush 1 bag of chocolate covered strawberries + half package of birthday cake cookies (about the same size as panko breadcrumbs) combine + set aside
Take out popsicles + allow to sit 10 mins until slightly softened to the touch; add crushed cookie mixture to a plate + press onto popsicles until fully coated; return to freezer to firm up
Serve frozen
