Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Place 2 butter round in microwaveable-safe dish + microwave high 15 sec until softened; stir in 2 tbsp maple syrup + set aside
In a bowl, whisk 1 ¼ cup creamer, 1 cup eggs, a pinch of salt + 1 tsp cinnamon (optional); dip 12 bread slices, one at a time in batter, turning to coat both sides
Heat a butter round in a skillet over med until just starts to sizzle; cook bread slices in batches 2-3 min each side until browned
Divide French toast to plates; top each stack with maple butter then drizzle with maple syrup
