Cook time: 12 minutes
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, using half the box of pasta cook 9-11 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken breasts dry + sear 2 min per side until warmed through, then slice into bite-size pieces + set aside
Combine everything with 4-8 tbsp pesto—buon appetito!
