Instructions
Cook time: 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°; boil a large pot of salted water, add half the box of pasta + par cook 8 min; add ½ of spinach to pot with pasta + cook 1 min, then drain both well + return to pot
Add ¼-½ cup ricotta, container of sauce, salt/pep + fav spices (we like garlic powder) to pasta + spinach; stir to combine + transfer to a lightly oiled baking dish; sprinkle on ¼-½ cup mozzarella + cover with foil
Bake pasta for 10-15 minutes until sauce is bubbling, remove foil + bake 10 min more until cheese is melted—that looks so good!
