Instructions
Cook time: 14 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add box of pasta + cook 6-7 min until al dente, drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, pat 6 meatballs dry, heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium + sear 5-7 min, turning occasionally until golden + heated through; set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high, sauté ½ the spinach + salt/pep 1-2 min until wilted; add rest of spinach + cook 1-2 min
Heat ½ cup sauce in a pan over medium heat or in a covered microwave-safe bowl 30-60 sec; mix all with pasta
