Cook time: 16 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender
Tear corner of 2 grain pouches to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); if using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1 tbsp water
Add half container (or all!) cheese sauce into a small pot + heat over med-low, 2-3 min; mix thoroughly
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, pat beef dry, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min; flip + cook 2-3 min more until cooked through; season with salt/pep
Wash + thinly slice scallions; divide rice, broccoli + beef to bowls; drizzle on sauce + garnish with scallions
