Cook time: 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 375°; remove focaccia from bag + place on a sheet pan; bake 6-8 min until warm + golden; slice into 4 pieces
Meanwhile, heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken dry + sear 2 min per side until warmed through, then slice into bite-size pieces
Divide focaccia between plates then spread piece with each with 2 tbsp tzatziki, a handful of arugula + chicken slices
Toss remaining arugula with 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp vinegar + salt/pep; serve salad on the side—looks great!
