Heat 2½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 2½ packages broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 5 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender; set aside

Heat a skillet over med-high; pour 2½ packages chicken with juice into pan, break up chicken with wooden spoon, heat 2 min, flip + cook 2-3 more until warmed + browned

Meanwhile, tear corner of rice packages to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it’ll be hot!)

Divide all between plates then drizzle with 2½ packages garlic sauce—tasty!
