Instructions
Cook time: 16 minutes
Pat 1 package of meatballs dry, heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium + sear meatballs 5-7 min, until golden brown + heated through
Meanwhile, boil a large pot of unsalted water + loosen 3 packages of linguine; add to water, stir + boil 2-3 min until al dente, then drain
Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high, sauté half the spinach + salt/pep 1-2 min until wilted; add rest of spinach + cook another 1-2 min until all spinach is wilted
Heat 3 packages of sauce in a pan over medium, 1-2 min; combine all with pasta
