Cook time: 17 minutes
Heat 1½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook 1½ packages of broccoli with salt/pep 3-4 min, then add ¾ cup water, cover + steam 3-4 more min
Meanwhile, open the packages of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!)
Pat 1½ packages of fish dry, season with salt/pep + your fav spices (we like garlic powder); heat 1½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high (get that pan hot, otherwise the fish will stick) + sear fish 3 min; flip + sear another 1-2 min; remove from heat, add 3 tbsp water to salmon then add ½ of the package of herb cream sauce to skillet; flip salmon 2-3 times to coat fish with sauce
Divide ingredients between plates + drizzle on any remaining sauce from skillet
