Instructions
Cook time: 5 minutes
Toast 1 ½ packages of croissants until warm + golden
Spread 1-2 tbsp hummus onto one half of each croissant, then top each with ½ of a package of tuna + a handful of spinach
Add second half of each croissant to finish sandwich assembly—looks good!
Tip: enjoy any remaining spinach as a side salad with oil, vinegar, salt + pep!
