Instructions
Cook time: 25 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water; add pasta, cook 10-12 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, heat 2 tsp oil in skillet over medium; add all the chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 8-10 min until fully cooked + no pink remains
Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet or pot over med-high + sauté 2 packages of pepper mix with salt/pep 7-8 min or until soft + starting to brown
Heat 1 container sauce in a pan over medium until warm; stir in cheese to melt (about 2-3 min) then stir vigorously to combine
Add cheese sauce to pasta with meat + veggies; divide between plates—time to eat!
