Cook time: 13 minutes
Boil ¾ cup water + 2½ tbsp oil in a large skillet; add 2½ packages of gyozas flat side down + cover; cook over medium 5-6 min until water evaporates + bottoms are crispy (set aside sauce packet)
Meanwhile, wash + slice 2½ packages of tomatoes in half; wash 2½ packages of scallions, thinly slice crosswise + discard roots; add both to a large bowl with 2½ packages of arugula
Add crispy dumplings to the bowl; drizzle on gyoza sauce (for dumpling packages) + toss all to combine
Divide salads between plates; drizzle 1¼ packages of hot sauce among plates-yuuum.
