Cook time: 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°; line a sheet pan with foil + brush foil with 1 ½ tbsp oil; wash + dry 1 ½ packages of parsley, remove stems + finely chop; zest 1 ½ packages of lemon; mix 6-9 tbsp cheese, parsley, lemon zest + salt/pep in a bowl; lightly oil both sides of 1 ½ packages of fish, then dip both sides of fish in cheese mixture, pressing to coat evenly; add fish to pan + bake 12-15 min until firm, opaque + cooked through
Slice 1 ½ packages of asparagus into ½-inch pieces, keeping tips whole; heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, add asparagus, salt/pep + sauté 4-6 min until tender + bright green; drizzle asparagus with lemon juice
Divide all to plates—nicely done!
