Instructions
Cook time: 14 minutes
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat 1 package of meat dry, season with salt/pep + sear, turning every 1-2 min, to brown 3-4 sides evenly; remove from pan
Meanwhile, open the package of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); If using a skillet, warm 2 min with 1½ tbsp water
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; sauté 2 packages of stir-fry veggies + salt/pep 2 min then add 3 tbsp water, cover + cook 2-3 more min until tender
Add protein, 1 package of rice + 9 tbsp sauce to veggies; cook 1-2 min until hot; season with salt/pep then divide to plates
