Preheat oven to 425°; chop 1 ¼ packages of potatoes into quarters

Place 5 large pieces of foil on sheet pans + oil the foil; divide 1 ¼ packages of potatoes, 2 ½ packages of green beans + 1 ¼ packages of meatballs to the center of each; smother the meatballs with ½ of a package of honey mustard + drizzle potatoes with 2 ½ tbsp oil, season all with salt/pep

Bring the long edges of foil together + roll to seal, leaving 1-inch of space above ingredients; repeat with side ends of foil, your pack is sealed!

Bake 20-22 minutes until potatoes are tender + meatballs are warmed through (watch out for steam when opening!); Divide between plates + enjoy!
