Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat lightly oiled large skillet over med-high; pat 4 pork tenderloin dry + sear 2-3 min per side until warmed through; tenderloin or slice into bite-size pieces
Boil a large pot of salted water, add the bag of couscous + stir; cook 5 min, then drain; add to a large bowl, stir in 2 containers of bean salad + season with salt/pep
Divide couscous between bowls with pork + sprinkle feta on top—time to eat!
