Instructions
Cook time: 13 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add 1 package of pasta + cook 10-12 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, wash + dry 1 package of parsley; remove stems + finely chop
Toss pasta with 2 tbsp oil, 6-9 tbsp cheese, salt + a generous amount of freshly ground pepper; divide to plates + top your cacio e pepe with parsley
