Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 2 packages of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 4 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender; divide to bowls
Meanwhile, tear corner of the packages of rice to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); Divide to bowls
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; cook 2 packages of falafel 2-3 min per side until browned + hot; divide to bowls
Drizzle bowls with 4 packages of garlic sauce—tasty!
