Instructions
Cook time: 8 minutes
Pat 2 packages of fish dry + season with salt/pep + your fav spices (we like garlic powder); heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high (get that pan hot, otherwise the fish will stick) + sear fish 3 min, flip + sear another 1-2 min (for well done cook 3 min on second side); break into pieces + set aside
Thinly slice 1½ red onions
Add ⅝ of a package of wraps to plates, spread with 1¼ packages of french onion, divide salmon + onion slices between wraps + top with 3 packages of arugula; roll up -- looks good!
