Instructions
Cook time: 14 minutes
Preheat oven to 425° + preheat sheet pan
Carefully take out sheet pan, place 2 ½ packages of wood grilled pizza crusts on pan + bake 7- 10 min
Cut 2 ½ packages of red onion in half from root to stem, peel + thinly slice; set aside
Spread 1 ½ packages of crème fraîche onto crusts; divide 2 ½ packages of cold smoked sliced salmon, onion + 1 ¼ packages of organic wild foraged capers on top
