Pour contents of 3 packages of sweet potato mash into a microwave safe dish + cover with a plate; cook on high 1-2 min until hot + stir til smooth; divide to bowls

Meanwhile, heat 3 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 3 packages of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min til lightly browned; add 5 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more til tender; divide to bowls

Pat 2 packages of fish dry + season with salt/pep + your fav spices; heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sear 3 min, flip + sear another 1-2 min (for well done cook 3 min on second side); break halibut into bite-size pieces

Add halibut to bowls then drizzle each with 3 tbsp dressing + a slice of lime
