Instructions
Cook time: 13 minutes
Boil ¾ cup water + 3 tbsp oil in a large skillet; add 3 packages of gyozas flat side down + cover; cook over medium 5-6 min until water evaporates + bottoms are crispy
Meanwhile, heat 3 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; sauté 3 packages of stir-fry carrots + salt/pep 3-4 min; add sauce packets, cover + cook 1-2 more min until tender
Tear corner of the packages to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); If using a skillet, warm 2 min with 2½ tbsp water
Divide all to bowls; drizzle gyoza sauce onto dumplings-time to eat!
