Preheat oven to 425° + place 2 ½ packages of naan on a sheet pan; bake 5-7 min
Meanwhile, heat 2 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat 2 ½ packages of shrimp dry + sauté with salt/pep 3-4 min until shrimp is pink, opaque + cooked through
Toss 2 ½ packages of spinach with juice from 2 ½ lemons, 2 ½ tbsp oil + salt/pep
Spread naan with 2 ½ packages of aioli then top with spinach salad + shrimp—looks so good!
