Cook time: 16 minutes
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over med-high; add 12 sausages + cook 3-4 min until browned + hot; set aside
To make 12 small pancakes, combine the whole bag with 1 ¾ cups water + 2 tbsp oil; mix until smooth + thick like yogurt; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med; scoop ¼ cup of batter into pan per pancake (you can cook 3-4 pancakes at a time); cook 2 min per side
Divide pancakes + sausages between plates then drizzle with syrup—so good!
