Cook time: 12 minutes

Chop 2 packages of broccoli in 1-inch pieces + heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook with salt/pep for 2-3 min, then add ½ cup water, cover + let steam for 3 more min; set aside

Heat skillet over med-high + warm 1 package of rice with 1 tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally

Stir in 1 package of tofu bites until warmed through (about 1 min)

Turn off heat, add in broccoli + combine all with 3-6 tbsp sauce
