Instructions
Cook time: 7 minutes
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat 2 ½ packages of meat dry, season with salt/pep + sear, turning every 1-2 min, to brown 3-4 sides evenly* (for more well done, increase cook time 1 min per side)
Roughly chop 2 ½ packages of artichokes
Add 2 ½ packages of salad kit to a large bowl with artichokes, drizzle with dressing + toss to combine
Divide salad between plates + top with lamb—bon appétit!
