Heat ¾ tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over high; cook 5 burgers with salt/pep 3 min on one side; flip over, cook 2 min, then add 1 slice of cheese to each burger; cover pan + cook 1-2 min more until cooked through + cheese has melted

Toast 5 buns until warm + golden

Add 2 ½ packages of salad kit to a large bowl; drizzle with dressing, croutons, cheese, herb seasoning + toss to combine

Assemble burgers + divide between plates with salad—time to eat!
