Instructions
Cook time: 9 minutes
Bring at least 8 cups salted water to boil, add box of rotini + cook 6-7 min or until al dente, then drain
Meanwhile, pat 6 meatballs dry, heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium + sear meatballs for 5-7 min, turning occasionally until golden brown + heated through
Return pasta to pot, add meatballs + combine with 2-4 tbsp pesto—buon appetito!
