Cook time: 25 minutes
Preheat grill to high + oil grates; slice potatoes in ½ then toss with 2 tbsp oil + salt/pep; split into 2 pieces of foil + wrap tightly; grill in foil with lid closed, 23-25 min until tender, flipping halfway
Meanwhile, heat skillet over medium; add bacon + cook, flipping frequently, until browned + cooked through, 4-6 min
Rub 4 burgers with 2 tbsp oil + salt/pep; grill 3 min per side with lid closed, turning 45° halfway through cooking for perfect hashed grill marks
Grill 4 buns until warm + golden; spread 2 tbsp sauce onto each bun; top buns with burgers + bacon; serve with fingerlings on the side—looks good!
