Cook time: 15 minutes
Preheat grill to high + oil grates; cut off the stem of 1 onion, discard outer skin, then carefully slice onion into ¼ to ½-inch rounds; drizzle with oil + salt/pep; grill 5 min with lid closed, flip + grill 4-6 min until charred + slightly softened
Meanwhile, rub burgers with 1 tbsp oil + salt/pep; grill 3 min per side with lid closed
Heat skillet over medium; add ½ pack bacon + cook, flipping frequently, until browned + cooked through, 4-6 min
Grill 2 buns until warm + golden; spread 2 tbsp sauce onto each bun; top buns with burgers, onions + bacon; close the lid—that looks so good!
